| General terms and conditions for DanParcs Rønbjerg and Søhøjlandet Arrival/departure The chalet is available from 15:00 on the arrival date, and check-in must take place within the reception's opening hours. At deperture, the chalet must be left at 10:00 at the latest. On Sundays outside school holidays at 11:00 (12:00 at DanParcs Søhøjlandet). Regardless of the duration of the stay all centre facilities may be used from 10:00 on the arrival day to 16:00 on the departure day. Facilities At DanParcs most activities are included in the price of accommodation. You can also borrow equipment for badminton, squash, mini golf as well as family games and balls. However, small balls for squash, tennis and badminton must be paid for. The same applies to solariums, rented bicycles, the riding centre, court booking at DanParcs Rønbjerg, special events etc. Some facilities are weather dependant or only open during the summer season. Moreover, some events require a minimum number of participants. The use of all facilities is at one’s own risk. Activity cards All staying guests will receive a personal activity card, which gives you free access to the water park and sports centre etc. The card can also be used to borrow rackets and large balls. Complaints Should an accident happen, complaints should be addressed to the reception. Complaints submitted after departure will not be admitted, as DanParcs is then unable to rectify the fault directly. Inventory Rentals include accommodation with furniture and equipment as specified in the brochure. Guests must themselves point out any faults or deficiencies as soon as they notice them, preferably at the time of occupancy. During the rental period, guests are responsible for inventory of the chalets. Damages must be settled prior to departure. Cleaning Guests are responsible for daily cleaning. DanParcs will do the final cleaning. However, the chalets must be left tidy, the dishwasher, fridge and refuse bins emptied and all inventory in its proper place. Rented bed linen must be removed and piled on the floor. Payment terms 50% of the rent must be paid 1 week after making the reservation at the latest . The remainder must be paid 1 month prior to arrival. If the stay is booked less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. If the amounts are not paid by the specified times, DanParcs will be entitled to cancel the stay without refunding previously deposited sums. When booking online, full payment must be made by credit card at the time of booking. Booking When booking a stay, guests will receive a booking confirmation with an enclosed giro form. We wold like to point out that when booking a stay, you book a chalet type and not a certain chalet number. When making group reservations, DanParcs does not guarantee that all chalets will be immediate vicinity of each other. Changes Changes to an already reserved stay can be made up to 30 days prior to the rental period against a charge of EUR 28 per chalet. Cancellation terms Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the start of the rental period against a cancellation fee of EUR 28 per chalet. If cancelling between 30 and 14 days prior to the rental period, a fee of 50% of the rent is charged. Bookings cancelled later than this must be paid in full. The same rules apply to any other services ordered, including catering, activities etc. The cancellation terms for large groups can be requested separately. Cancellation protection If cancellation protection (5% of the total amount) has been taken out, the whole amount will be refunded if cancellation is caused by acute illness, accident or death to the person renting, his or her spouse, children, parents or brothers or sisters. A doctor's note must be submitted. This must be paid for by the person renting. Cancellation protection MUST be ordered at the same time as the booking is made and be paid together with the 1st payment. Reservations All prices are quoted with reservations for price rises, currency fluctuation, printing errors, etc. DanParcs reserves the right to change activities and events. Force Majeure If renting is prevented by circumstances beyond the control of DanParcs, such as war, riots, other civil disobedience, strikes, natural disasters etc., DanParcs cannot be held liable. Cancellation insurance With a cancellation insurance, you are guranteed that all money (excl. the insurance sum) will be refunded upon cancellation. |
